We are dedicated to understanding the business and, most importantly, the team’s mindset and wellbeing goals…with lots of smiles and fun in there too. House of Hyde’s mindset topics include a range of daily mindset practices for positive momentum, imposter syndrome, rapport building, confidence building and so much more. House of Hyde’s Wellbeing / Mindfulness sessions cover meditation, optimising sleep and stress and anxiety management, Sessions are delivered by Sophie Rogers, who is a 300-hour Certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance. Learn more about Sophie here.
Mindset Sessions are delivered by Director of House of Hyde Jenna Hyde, who has featured with NBC Universal, Apple, Facebook, Westminster Business Council, The British Library and Universities nationwide. Jenna is the co-creator of the national Prince’s Trust programme “Get Started in Mindset & Mindfulness” and is an ambassador with The Prince’s Trust and the Commonwealth Games. Jenna is currently enrolling in her MSc in Psychology and studying “Advanced Psychotherapy”.
